Privacy Statement
Nas&Nas will not share any of your registered details with third parties under any circumstances.

Your details will only be used to contact you about your order or to keep you notified on our promotional activities.

Security
To ensure you can shop securely and confidentially with Nas&Nas our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can recognize this SSL certificate by the lock symbol that appears in or near the URL-area of you browser when you log into your account. Furthermore your password will be stored encrypted on our servers.

Some payment options are completed on the servers from our internet payment providers. We only make use of respectable internet payment provider such as Chronopay and PayPal. For your security, their servers also make use of SSL certificates.

Payments
Please keep in mind when paying by bank transfer it may take a few days before your payment is received, especially International bank transfers which can take between 5-10 days.

All orders that are not paid in full within 30 days will automatically be cancelled. Any partial payments that are received will be refunded.

Payments by CreditCard, PayPal, iDeal are received instantly. When paying by credit card your purchase will appear on your credit card statements as “chrpay.com/nasnas”.

Additional fees and minimum order amounts
There is no minimum order amount or minimum order volume. Neither will we charge you any additional fees with the exception of shipping costs.

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to custom duties. You are responsible to pay any custom duties that may appear.

Shipping costs
We use a worldwide flat rate shipping fee on all orders. The shipping costs are €1.76 per order irrespective of the amount of products you have ordered.

Delivery times
Only fully paid orders will be processed.

Within the Netherlands
After payment is received you may expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

Outside the Netherlands
After payment is received your order will be shipped within 2 working days. The actual delivery time is dependent on TNT Post. To keep any delays to a minimum all international orders are shipped using TNT Posts Priority service. We find that orders within Europe normally arrive within 5 working days and outside Europe within 10 working days.

Your order may be shipped in more than one parcel. Sometimes the parcels arrive with a day difference in between.

In the unlikely event that we won’t be able to ship out your order in the above mentioned timescale you will be notified by e-mail.

Returns and refunds

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

All products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. They can either be exchanged for other products or you can receive a full refund (with exception of the actual shipping costs).

Only products that are fully resalable, undamaged, unwashed, not worn, still have all labels attached and are still in original packaging may be returned. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or to exchange it for another product.

Please notify us about whether you would like to exchange a product or receive a refund and the necessary information needed such as; what products would you like to receive instead or how you would like to be refunded.

We will only refund the actual shipping cost of returning a product if it is faulty or damaged. After we have received the faulty or damaged goods the correct products will be sent out to you.
